📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports using SAP and other financial software.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide financial support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in financial audits and internal reviews as required.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in using SAP and other financial software.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
