📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the hotel's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, reconciliations, and record-keeping using tools like QuickBooks and SAP.
• Support the finance team in preparing and analyzing financial statements, variance analysis, and financial projections.
• Monitor and control the hotel's expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with the hotel's management team to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the hotel's strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and ensure alignment with the hotel's overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in hospitality finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
