📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional guest services by anticipating and meeting the needs of high-profile clients with a personalized and proactive approach.
• Coordinate and manage reservations for luxury accommodations, private tours, and exclusive dining experiences.
• Provide expert knowledge of Bali’s top attractions, restaurants, and events to create tailored itineraries and recommendations.
• Handle special requests and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, service providers, and concierge partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, luxury travel developments, and local happenings to provide innovative and relevant recommendations.
• Manage and maintain the concierge desk, ensuring it is clean, organized, and equipped with the necessary tools for guest assistance.
• Contribute to the team’s success by participating in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge role, preferably in a high-end travel or tourism setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding service expectations.
• Strong knowledge of Bali’s luxury market, including top hotels, resorts, restaurants, and attractions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to handle high-profile clients with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, French, or Mandarin) a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a strong asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for guest transportation and local exploration.
