- Assist customers with purchases and provide product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions using POS systems like Nitori's proprietary software.
- Stock and organize products on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets.
- Promote Nitori Group's products and services.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of home furnishings and lifestyle products is a plus.
- Must be available for part-time hours, typically 16-20 hours per week.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
