Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance the hospice's reputation and impact.Build and maintain strong relationships with key community stakeholders, including local organizations, government agencies, and volunteers.Organize and lead community events, workshops, and outreach programs to raise awareness about hospice care and support services.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content that highlights the hospice's mission and achievements.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.Represent Dover Park Hospice at local and regional community events and conferences.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the community engagement team.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in community engagement activities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, community development, public health, or a similar discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, preferably in the healthcare or hospice sector.Strong knowledge of community engagement best practices and strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and teams.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
