📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the development and deployment of the Link platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers and is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure that our products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Identify and prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our products are integrated with other Stripe products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the payment processing industry.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow in their careers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical program management or product management role.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes.
  • Experience with payment processing and/or fintech products.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for building great products and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
