Pratama Furniture is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to ensure cost efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and maintenance activities.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Assist in the management of vehicle insurance and registration documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,At least 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
