📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and mileage.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Provide support to drivers and other staff as needed.
  • Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and efficiency.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
