Toko Gilang Medical Center is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. We are a growing medical center located in Sanur, Bali, and we are committed to providing the best healthcare services to our patients. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Manage employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and promotions.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
