📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the assigned region.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve targets and objectives.,Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
