Mart Town Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Gunung Kidul. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store and remote responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
