Puskesmas Fitri Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for coffee. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with remote responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement.,Oversee the quality and consistency of coffee products and services.,Manage store budget and financial performance.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with the company's marketing and sales teams to support promotional events and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of coffee brewing methods and products is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-store duties with remote responsibilities.
