• Leading the HR department and ensuring that our employees are happy, engaged, and productive.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
• Managing the HR budget and ensuring that it is used effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Lead HR Officer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
