📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components for electronic products,Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance,Develop and implement design specifications and technical drawings,Conduct failure analysis and corrective actions to improve product reliability,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components,Participate in product development projects from concept to launch

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on electronic products,Strong knowledge of CAD software and mechanical design principles,Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for business purposes
