This role is crucial in bridging the gap between planning and execution, ensuring that our new hospital is fully operational and ready to serve the community from day one.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, healthcare providers, and vendors, to ensure that all operational aspects are meticulously planned and executed. Your expertise in healthcare operations will be instrumental in creating a smooth transition from the planning phase to the actual launch of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of operational readiness for the new hospital launch.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational readiness plan, including facility setup, staff training, and equipment procurement.
• Oversee the coordination and execution of construction and renovation activities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational readiness specialists.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and risk assessments to ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure the seamless integration of all operational components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a large-scale hospital project.
• Proven track record in managing operational readiness for healthcare projects.
• Certification in Healthcare Operations Management (CHOM) or similar is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including ISO, JCI, or similar.
