📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct motorcycle patrols in designated areas to identify and locate customers with overdue payments.
• Use GPS and mobile applications to track customer locations and plan efficient routes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial situations and negotiate payment plans.
• Document all collection activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
• Submit regular reports to the collection manager, outlining progress and any challenges encountered.
• Work collaboratively with the collection team to ensure all overdue payments are recovered in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all activities are conducted professionally and ethically.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Familiarity with GPS and mobile applications used for tracking and navigation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license for motorcycle.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
