📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient health status to the medical team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccines and treatments.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., SIKN, SINAS).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of basic medical procedures and equipment.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
