Village Market Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Cikarang, Jawa Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the branch from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-managed and rotated.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the branch.,Represent the company at events and meetings as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or similar environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and management practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
