📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they achieve optimal performance from our products.,Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.,Prepare and present technical proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a related role, preferably in the mechanical power transmission industry.,Strong technical knowledge of mechanical power transmission systems and components.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with CAD software and other relevant technical tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
