📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical products industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
