PT Ekspresi Lestari is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Banquet Staff to join our team in Kudus, Jawa Tengah. This role is crucial in ensuring that our banquet services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing banquet events, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, staff scheduling, and venue setup.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Supervise and train junior banquet staff.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized banquet area.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet staff or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing banquet events.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culture is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
