📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial and accounting operations of the property projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including GAAP, IFRS, and local tax laws.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the tax affairs of the projects, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax in the property sector.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax laws.,Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
