Ember Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a proven track record of successfully managing a fleet in a similar capacity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and driver management.,Ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.,Manage the fleet budget and ensure it is used effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
