Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.,Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project progression and successful outcomes.,Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and other collaborative activities to drive project success.,Monitor project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve project management processes.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on the banking and financial services industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to closure.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.,Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
