📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems, including implementing security protocols and conducting regular audits.,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.,Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to protect against data loss and system failures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT department.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.,Train and mentor junior system administrators to ensure the continued growth and development of the IT department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in Windows and Linux environments.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Strong knowledge of IT security principles and best practices, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
