📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns.,Report on social media performance metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in social media analytics tools.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

🛠️ Keahlian

Social media management tools (e.g.HootsuiteSprout Social).Content creation and design skills.SEO and SEM knowledge.Basic understanding of graphic design principles.Fluency in English and Indonesian.
