📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the indirect procurement category, including office supplies, IT services, and other non-core procurement needs.,Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and improvement.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
