📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer information.,Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Perform cash handling duties, including counting and depositing cash.,Report any suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with banking software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices.,Ability to handle cash and perform cash counting duties.
