📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the care team.
• Organize and participate in recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a welfare home or healthcare setting.
• Certification in Personal Care or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Familiarity with basic first aid and CPR.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards residents' needs.
