Driver - Barista

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our company vehicle to various locations, delivering coffee and other products to our clients. You will also be expected to operate our coffee machine, prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, and maintain a clean and organized work area. This role requires a high level of multitasking and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for both the delivery and the preparation of coffee.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate company vehicle to deliver coffee and other products to clients.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our espresso machine and other coffee equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and restocking coffee supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every client is satisfied with their experience.
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while driving.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking coffee supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including punctuality and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with coffee machines and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight.
