IT Infrastructure Engineer - Network & Systems Specialist (Singaporean Citizens Only)

Trust Recruit is a leading IT services company that is looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure and system administration. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our company.

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be working closely with our IT team to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise, as well as implementing new technologies and solutions to improve our infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, system administration, and IT security.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and availability
• Manage and configure network devices using tools such as Cisco IOS, Juniper JunOS, and Palo Alto Networks
• Implement and maintain system administration tasks, including server management, storage solutions, and virtualization
• Ensure the security and compliance of our IT infrastructure, including implementing access controls and security policies
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in network infrastructure and system administration
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 availability and support

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network infrastructure and system administration
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or similar are a plus
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Xen
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
