📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the retail outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
