📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and network connectivity issues.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to ensure the security and integrity of our IT environment.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Cisco networking solutions.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
